Refund Policy

If there is any manufacturing defect with your product(s), please report the defect to us within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@wicksandwords.ca. Our Customer Service team will help you with your inquiry and upon confirmation of said defect, and return of the defective product, we will provide you with either a replacement product, store credit via discount code or gift card, or a refund, whichever you prefer.
